Reflexology aid to Mezieres Method

Health NewsReflexology is based on the existence of reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all glands, organs and body parts, these reflex areas breed in small, like a screen, the status of the person. Thus we find the reflex area of the back that interests us particularly.

How does the back?

- Decreasing stress and muscle tension.

- Improving the blood supply and promoting the unblocking of nerve impulses (particularly in herniated discs).

- Helping the nature of the person to normal and get a better energy balance.

A healthy foot does not hurt, tenderness is warm, resilient and fully irrigated, altered foot is painful and palpation feels like a solid block, hard.

How is it affecting us back to do reflexology?

The body is divided into 10 imaginary lines or zones londitudinales for each finger of the hands and feet, these lines run along the body from head to toes (Do not remember the posterior chain of the “Method Mézières? “). They are like a home electrical wiring, reflexes travel through areas much like electricity through wires do, having nothing to do with the nervous system, reflexes are not nerves.
There are also 4 large horizontal lines that divide the foot and represent areas inside the body, are: head line, diaphragm line, waist line and line of the heel.
With these data and many years of study, has been perfecting a method considered as an ancient Chinese wisdom, although there are historians who claim that ancient Egypt was practiced the art of pressure therapy.

Reflexology as “Method Mézières” attaches great importance to use good footwear as the wrong shoes disturb the reflex zones corresponding, please read the post that is in very easy to: foot deformities.

In this post I want to thank you for helping Magda Claramunt, reflexologist student of mine and whom I have great confidence and image “Luddite Gallery” obtained on Flickr.
